Pause for 3 Mindful Breaths

Today’s reminder includes a link to a beautiful 3 ½ minute video called “Just Breathe” in which children describe how pausing and breathing helps their brain to calm down when they are upset. 
In my opinion, children can be our best teachers and this video provides us with a delightful learning opportunity.
