Please note that until the end of September, I will be taking a pause from including quotes and wishes in the daily reminders, but will continue to send out a simple reminder to pause for three mindful breaths accompanied by an image from our natural world. I will be using this pause to reflect on whether to continue sending the daily reminders in October, and if so, to consider what format may be most helpful.
