Thank you to everyone who has emailed me to share thoughts and feelings about the value of receiving these daily reminders. I am grateful for your kind wishes and for the feedback.


If you have not opened a daily reminder since August 24, please note the following:
Until the end of September, I will be taking a pause from regularly  including quotes and wishes in the daily reminders, but will continue to send out a simple reminder to pause for three mindful breaths accompanied by an image from our natural world. I will be using this pause to reflect on whether to continue sending the daily reminders in October, and if so, to consider what format may be most helpful.
You are, as always, invited to unsubscribe from this list, if you do not feel it would be helpful to continue to receive daily email reminders to pause for 3 mindful breaths..
