Impermanence in Progress
Due to the growth of the Mindfulness Practice Daily Reminder (MPDR) email list, I will be transitioning the reminders to be sent out from a new email service (MailChimp) some time soon. (You will receive a separate announcement email prior to the change)
I am hoping that this will be a smooth transition for everyone.
If you notice that you are no longer receiving the daily reminders, please check you spam or junk mail folder, and add the new email address to your contacts or safe list.
(If you are using GMail, you may find the daily reminder goes into your “promotion” tab.)
This may be a good time to pause and consider whether the reminders continue to be helpful to you.
if you no longer wish to receive the daily reminders, please email me at drmlfreedman@hotmail.com to let me know.
With gratitude for your mindfulness practice and its contribution to a more compassionate world.
