Bring your attention to the sensations of breathing in your body where it is most clear to you for the next three breaths

“Dogs – cute furry creatures that they are – are programmed for happiness. Somewhere along the way, they were installed with a chip that causes them to wag their tails, slobber all over you and otherwise love on you, regardless of what is going on in the world.

Think about it. How happy are you to get up at the crack of dawn each day, particularly during this time of year with freezing cold temperatures? I’d bet not very. Dogs, on the other hand, are just the opposite! In fact, they are over the top happy, running around the house like some kind of crazed happiness beast!

So what can you learn from your dog about happiness that can be applied on your own life journey?”
