Over this past week, each of the mindfulness practice daily reminders has featured one of the 7 foundational attitudes of mindfulness introduced by Jon Kabat-Zinn in his book Full Catastophe Living:
Beginner’s Mind
Acceptance
Letting Go
Non-judgment
Non-striving
Trust
Patience
More recently, he added gratitude and generosity to the list of attitudes.
