Bring your attention to the sensations of breathing in your body where it is most clear to you for the next three breaths
Yesterday’s mindfulness practice daily reminder included a link to an article by Tara Brach introducing the acronym R.A.I.N. to describe a mindful approach to being with difficult emotions. Difficult emotions are part of the human experience, The practice of mindfulness provides us with choices in how we relate to these emotions.
As a complement to Tara Brach’s article, today’s reminder includes a link to a 5 ½ minute video of one of my favourite mindfulness meditation teachers, Pascal Auclair, describing this approach.
